I've been working out for 2 1/2 weeks now and eating really healthy but just discovered FB a few days ago and I'm on day 2! I like it a lot but am having a bit of a hard time figuring out which order I should do these videos? I did cardio and core yesterday level 3 (it whooped my butt embarrassingly enough) and today I did a 10 min cardio and a 27 min no equipment upper body and abs. Is it bad to work out my core back to back? Also what kind of resistance bands and weights should I get? SO excited to be on this journey and part of this community, can't wait to share my before and after pics!!
