I'm just curious if anybody does them? I have only done one and that was at the start of my journey. At the time I was doing fb30 so the first day was a pft and the last day was also one. I'm not sure why I haven't done one since? Maybe I personally find them a waste of time? Or I don't think it's the best way to track my progress? I'm not sure. As I said I'm just wondering if anybody else does them. Because I don't seem to do them I look at my workouts for that week and plan what the best type of workout would be to do. It's a bit annoying because I find it's a day wasted. Good for you though if you do them! I wish you all the best progress!
