Help! I need Tips & Advice :)

Hi everyone! I just joined FB from a recommendation my friend gave me a little over a week ago, and wow this is such a good a resource to use for working out! I've already done a few and I feel like I'm a whole new person. I do not have FB plus, so I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice about FB, best videos, where to find certain things, good resources etc., etc. Anyone is welcome to help!
