After a couple months since a fb workout, I purchased fb plus to motivate myself and started with the 2 week beginner challenge.
I’m no stranger to exercise but I’m not particularly fit either and this was just what I needed.
It mostly consists of cardio and pilates. There was no equipment needed but it still included a surprisingly tough upper bodyweight workout which I definitely felt the next day.
It was at just the right level for me; challenging but with moves I could actually do, well, apart from those side plank reaches that make my supporting glute cramp haha! I definitely felt my legs the next day.
I’ve now made my own routine of past favourites which I’m really excited to do.
Glad I took the break when I needed it but so happy to be back :)

My favourite workout of the lot was this one - https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-cardio-workout-at-home-cardio-with-no-equipment
