Low impact r2

I've been working with FB for two years now. Since then I was a bit lazy, always starting gym and afterwards quit. For almost 2 months before discovering this amazing site, I had been working alone at home doing any exercise i could remember.

I have completed FB30, FB strong, FB mass, FB flex and FB booty, more than once each.

My body has changed a lot!

Last week I saw the low impact r2 and my instinct told me to get it.

Do you think that doing it will do any harm to my progress? That includes my fitness level and body
