How to use Challenges

I've been using FB for 5 years and joined FB Plus months ago so I'm sort of embarassed to ask this....but how do you use the Challenges?

I guess my specific question is...is there a way to see all the routines including in a challenge *before* scheduling them on your calendar? So you can decide if you really want to do that Challenge or not? My fear is that I'll get into a program then discover Day 8 requires kettlebells and I don't have them or just that some other workout will pop up that I just can't do at all for some reason.

I'm so used to picking my own workouts, carefully selecting the ones that have the exact combination of what I'm looking for that day or the next morning, that I'm sort of intimidated by but also interested in the idea of being "forced" to do workouts chosen for me by someone else.

What tips can you give me about incorporating these Challenges into my life?
