Sweat or Fit Round 2?

Hi!

My goal is to loose weight, tone up and get slimmer. I am seeing lots of you recommending FBSweat or FB Fit Round 2. Could someone who has completed both tell me what's the difference (for example, which one has more hiit/cardio/strength) and which one fits my goals the best? I'm not a big fan of the kickboxing workouts, so I would love to know about that too:)

Also, what about the length of the program? I know FBFitr2 is an 8 week program whereas Sweat is just 4 weeks. Is there any difference in results?
