Anyone completed FBreach? I'm used to doing a lot of hiit, strength work and running but I had a baby 7 weeks ago with a difficult birth and I want to ease back into training gradually (i had to modify my training a lot during pregnancy and had to completely stop working out at 34 weeks). I've lost a lot of strength and fitness compared to how I was pre-pregnancy and I feel really weak and out of shape currently. Am planning to do fbreach first and then move into the more challenging programmes; it's tempting to sign up to fb30 now but I think i need to ease back into training gently!
