Work out plan

Hello all! I have just completed the FB booty. The program involved lower body workouts 3 times a week and I put myself workouts for upper body (free fb youtube videos) the rest 2 days of the week. And i chose one for stretching/flexibility. I have a bit bigger thighs compared to my upper body so I wanted to stress this part more. My question is: could i repeat this month / program once more? I see results but very slow. And if yes, after this what? Thanks a lot everyone :))
