Programme freeze 🥶

So,

I’ve completed bodyweight, strong, sweat and am half way through Abs2....just thinking what to do next and theirs too much choice!!! My brain is frozen and I don’t know what to do!

I think out of the four I’ve done currently abs2 is my favourite, I’m really enjoying it. I like the mix and balance of workouts and the workout length. I’d say I’m an even 50/50 split on liking strength and cardio and I like workouts to last roughly no longer than 40-45mins (I have weights that take longer to change between sets so this always adds time on). I’d also like to possibly lose a bit more bodyfat and gain a bit more muscle although I know all of them are good for this really....I’m tempted by burn, mass and blend but just CANNOT decide!!!! 🤯🤪🧐

What is your all time favourite programme and why? I need inspiration!
