How about a 30 day kickbocking workout program?

Hi D&K,

When you start thinking about the creation of new workout programs, can you consider creating a 30 day kickboxing with strength or HIIT program?

I've noticed the kickboxing/punching workouts seems to work muscles in my back and upper body I do not feel in any other exercises. Feels like I am melting the fat off my back and slowly leaning out. I wonder if others feel the same?
