Back to FB, starting FB Burn 2 today

Hi Community,

I've been following FB workouts since 2015. This year, I thought of trying a different program and after months of experimenting, I decided that it wasn't for me. I started loathing working out and was beginning to only focus on vanity based goals.

I had big plans for this year but have ended up a few steps back.

I'm happy that I'm back to Fitnessblender and plan to start today, with FBBurn2. I've not done that program before and I'd be happy to know your experiences and opinions. I wanted to jump straight into FBFIt but want to be mindful of building up my stamina and habit of consistency first.

I will be posting once I complete the program for accountability.
