I just completed FB Abs yesterday and I LOVED IT! Missed only 2 days, and did most of the extra challenges so I'm pretty proud of myself! I fell better overall, but I can now do full jack knife crunches without my (weak) back leaving the floor, which was impossible for me only a month ago! It's so motivating to see those improvements!
I'm doing 5-days challenges for the next 2 weeks, because they are what made me fall in love with FB almost 2 years ago, and also because these workouts with both D&K are SO fun! We need more of them! Then I'll go for a second round of FB Abs! And I will be hoping for a FB Abs 2 coming soon! :)
