What program for Kelli like results and intuitive eating?

I want to invest in this but dont know which one is right for me. I want to have the energy and look Kelli does. So what do I do? Right now I am a 199 lbs and 42. I use to do all kinds of exercise triathlons and such but now I can't exercise that long and thats how the weight came on. I should be around 119-127. I am 5ft 5inch. I like the level 3-5 programs I found on YouTube. I like most of them are 30 min. But can I really look like Kelli if I only do 30 min? I read she eats intuitively and exercises 30-45 minutes but no more than 50 minutes. 5 days a week. Uhhh so how do I learn to do that? What program? Will this work? I want to change. I want to get Kelli results and stop counting calories and feeling such frustration with myself.
