Low Impact and Pregnancy?

Hey everyone,

I was looking for some more information on the low impact programs. I am not currently pregnant, but my husband and I have recently started trying for baby #2... you know, right as I've started to get back into the routine of exercising regularly. I was curious about the low impact programs and if they may be a good option for pregnancy.

Obviously I would talk with my doctor first. I remember her advice for my first pregnancy, but I was too exhausted to actually work out then. I was also in a physically demanding job. I imagine the conversation may be a little different this time around as my first one was born early, but it would be helpful to know what the program entails. Is there a lot of core work or exercises that require laying on your back? Anything else that would require a lot of modifications? I'm considering scooping up Round 2 while it's on sale :) thanks guys!
