FB Program for strength training

Hi everyone, I need a bit of help in choosing the right program with strength training. I've been doing fb workout for a year, I can do difficulty 4-5. I want to do a full 4 weeks program with cardio, toning & and strength training (i'm targeting weight loss from 70 to 65 min). But i have only done body weight strength training and not lifted dumbbells. Need recommendation for which fb program is suitable for me. I'm planning to get 2kg dumbbell each and I'm a beginner.
