brutal workout complete + improvements

I just did my Bodyweight R2 D12 and let me tell you, it kicked my butt, sweat was pouring :-D this workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-hiit-workout-butt-thighs-abs-ultimate-workout-for-belly-fat-loss-no-equipment) is no joke even if its not so hot outside, Im finding myself struggling with my muscles more than catching breath recently (bouncing with 77 kgs is no fun at all sometimes) but it feels really great after the "workout complete" sign on the monitor.

improvements: Im capable of doing couple of burpees, improving my jumping lunges and my endurance and strength is slowly rising (adding weights to some of the workouts/exercises that I am familiar with and Im sure of the technique). Overall I feel less tired and more happy with myself :)

Im a little worried about Mondays workout, its supposed to be a 5 level HIIT, so thats going to be fun ;D
