Knee Pain

I was doing a workout from FB Fit (5 Day Workout Challenge: Strong and Lean Day 1) I survived the HIIT part but in the middle of the strength training my knees couldn’t take it anymore.

Could I be doing something wrong or do I just have weak knees?

Once I rested and cooled down I was fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ☺️
