Wow, bodyweight 2 has helped so much

I wish I had done bodyweight years ago. I had to concentrate so hard on proper form and muscle tension because there was no cheating with weights. Now that I'm onto FB30 round 3, I have a much better understanding of how to squeeze the muscle to feel the burn. Lifting a bit lighter but feeling it more. And my joints are happier with me.
