Why are FB Strong workouts shorter than FB Fit workouts ?

I usually enjoy cardio and HIIT workouts and finished FB Fit2 recently. I was debating between purchasing FB Strong and FB Plus and decided to go with the latter. I just started the 2 week FB Strong program for FB plus members and was wondering why strength training workouts are relatively shorter than those in FB Fit.

It might be a misconception but I feel like I am not doing enough unless I spend an entire hour working out. FB Blender has changed my perspective on Strength training but is there any science behind why the strength/mass workouts are relatively shorter ? I would personally feel less anxious if the strength training workouts are an hour long.

Would appreciate the community's thoughts on this topic so that I can feel better about jumping into FB Strong from FB Fit.
