Excess Skin - Core tightening

What’s up everyone! First post on here and need some advice!

I’m currently sitting at 184lbs and am struggling with my core area. I’m 26 and back when I was 18 cut down from 230lbs to 175lbs. Got back up to 200lbs then started cutting heavy back down to 185lbs. Problem I’m facing here is my core. There seems to be a lot of loose skin but i can see the outline of my abs which is nice!

Any tips on how I can tighten up my core?!

I’m currently eating around 1500-1800 calories a day and consuming anywhere from 150-200 grams of carbs a day. Outside of my core area I am for the most part very cut and lifting 4-5 times a week. Mostly high reps low weight and hitting abs at least 3 times a week.
