Reverse bicycle crunches...

Wow, these are so effective! Torched my belly! Makes me wonder how effective doing other moves backwards could be!

My lower back was hurting for a week or so due to sleeping on a bad mattress, so I am doing low impact for awhile until I am pain, soreness, and stiffness free.

Loved this one! Think I will return to this on days when Abs seem like the last thing I want to do. It is a mix of standing abs, Pilates, traditional, and plank variations.
