We get a lot of questions about where to start.
While there is no one answer that’s right for everyone, here are a few suggestions:
- If you’re looking for some individual free workouts to get you started, check out this article, 10 Beginner Workouts That You Can Do at Home for Free.
- Armed with some start-up knowledge, sign up for a free account, add a workout to your customizable calendar, then give it a try. Once you finish, hit the “Mark Complete” button and see that glorious “Workout Complete” checkmark. Repeat.
- If you’re looking for more guidance as you start out, take a look at one of our full Workout Programs that take all of the guesswork out of choosing which workout to do next; FB Reach or FB Low Impact might be a great place to start. Once purchased, these programs are yours to keep, to use whenever you like.
- If you’re looking for a great way to monitor your progress, you might want to consider joining FB Plus, which comes with some great exclusive content and functionality, like 2-week Challenges (like FB Beginner), detailed stats/trackers, and a whole range of other amazing features.
And, as always, if you have questions, want feedback, or just need some motivation to get you going, our amazing, amazing Community is always ready to help...with an encouraging word, or a workout recommendation, or a virtual pat on the back for a job (workout!) well done.
