Question about extra credits

Hello fellow blenders !

I'm in my first week of Fit round 2 and had a question about ECs. Yesterday I decided not to do the EC for the day because I wasn't feeling up to it, but today, I feel like I would have the energy to do yesterday's EC along with the one for today. But then I though that maybe it's a bad idea since yesterday's muscle group is supposed to be resting today.

What do you guys think ? Is it too late once you pass on a EC to do it later ? Do any of you do this ? Did Kelli and Daniel answer that question somewhere already ?
