Abs 2, Day #7

Today is the scheduled rest day for Abs 2.

I always make the rest days “active rest days,” because, well, I need to move!

I decided to do a recovery cardio workout, thinking, “oh, this will be soothing.” Whoops! 🥵

This was probably made more difficult seeing as how I am on my period and am bleeding heavily. Also a bit nauseous. 🤢

I did a warm and cooldown, along with a yoga/stretching routine. I will do another stretching routine later tonight.

There were a few times where I thought I saw a bright Heavenly light (no, just kidding). But in all reality, that cardio workout was killer!
