Exercising with shoulder impingement

Hello FB Community! I have something to ask you all about modifying exercises for shoulder impingement. I'm currently on my 3rd week of FB Sweat and I'm loving it! I love doing strength traning and I've already completed 3 rounds of FB Strong. However, as a result of exercising consistently with weights I have developed shoulder impingement in both shoulders (where the rotator cuff muscle catches and rubs on surrounding tissue/bone causing pain). I only get pain doing certain arm exercises but to recover I am advised not to do any over head lifting. This means that I won't be able to do many arm exercises within the workout program e.g overhead presses, pull overs etc. Can anyone give me any advice on recovery or modifing exercises so I can continue to strength train arms?
