Low Impact and No Equipment?

I’m in the middle of a cross-country move and I just shipped my weights. I need to stick with low impact moves due to joint issues, and I’m wondering if anybody knows which of the programs would be both low impact and use the least equipment. I know I can adapt most strength and HIIT moves if needed but I don’t enjoy that as much as doing programs that were designed to for the type of workout I need. Not sure if that exists but I’m looking for input. Thanks for your help!
