Exercises excluding body parts (injuries, disabilities...)

Just gotten back into working out, been almost a week and feeling great about it ^_^

But today I ran into the issue that my foot hurts from standing all day at work, so I've been keeping it elevated as much as possible (as the doctor recommended).

I'd still like to do a workout though, and wondered if there's some routines that are entirely (or primarily) laying down? Stuff like crunches I could do without an issue, but the idea of standing up for another 30 minutes doesn't sound so great.

Anybody got any recommendations for specific workout videos?

Might generally be cool to be able to filter for exercises that exclude certain body parts or that can be done in limited positions. Thinking about injuries, extremely sore muscles, or disabilities.
