Adding cardio to strong?

Hello blenders!

Quick question on program's. I am looking to start a new one tmr. One of my main goals is weight loss, if my understanding is correct that means I should include strength training and cardio in my approach. Even after all this time I'm still not entirely sure which is 'best' for weight loss! I realise both are important but would strong be better than say burn?

I am thinking of doing strong. I do love to lift and the length of the videos looks about right for me. Kelli and Daniel do say in the write up that you can add very short HIIT workouts to the LB days which is what I plan to do to hopefully boost results. I do know that nutrition will be the critical thing.

Has anyone else had any experience with this? I also have FB 30 rd 1, burn, bodyweight and LI round 1. Any general thoughts would be appreciated.
