Well, well, Danny boy. I was in no mood for exercising today, but since I've done neither of these workouts before, I made myself get up from my couch. 😏 I made a commitment and so was afraid some of my buddies, or D himself might give me a call. 😳😂

I must highlight the D's tip about doing the non-dominant side first! 👍 I did the main WO with resistance bands, and I loved it! However, I felt like a sumo wrestler doing wide squats with lifts. 😂 Anyone else???

And the EC - great one! Cannot believe I never crossed upon that one before. Maybe because I'm scared of D's routines in general?! 😅
