Help with form

Hi! I just want to say how much I love FB and how is has changed my health for the better! Keep up the fantastic work Kelly and Daniel! I need advice on form. I would love to bump up the weight challenge with squats. I have 2 15 lb dumbbells and 2 dumbbell sets that can be adjusted up to 22 lbs each. When I squat, I prefer the weights up by my head..my form is better that way than having the weights down by my legs. My problem is, my arms get tired from holding the weights up before the legs start to burn. What can I do to increase my weight challenge without my form suffering? Any advice would be great!
