Program idea?

So I was thinking about an idea I had for a new fb program that focuses on balance and spatial navigation. This is something that I have struggled with all my life and I saw that I was severely lacking in some areas that most people had no trouble with. Fb has definitely helped me improve a bit, though :)

The program might be comprised of hiit and strength to make reaction time and agility better as well as develop muscular strength, with pilates and core centered exercises to increase flexibility and balance. I guess it might be a blend of fb abs and fb reach, but more total body focus with cardio and strength, and intentional moves to increase bodily awareness. What do you guys think?
