Glute Friendly Program?

Hi all,

I’ve completed a few 4 week programs and enjoyed the ease of just pressing play each day.

I’m rehabbing a glute tendon injury and I’m looking for a program that’s low on things like squats, plyometrics, and things on one leg so that I can modify and still get some workouts that aren’t only upper body strength training.

Any suggestions?
