FB Low Impact or Reach in pregnancy?

I'm looking for suitable excercise program(s) for the third trimester. I'm thinking about Low Impact and/or Reach. Has anyone done these programs in pregnancy? What are your experiences? Did you have to modify a lot? Is there a difference between LowImpact Round 1 and Round 2?

I'm almost finished with FB BoredEasily and FB Flex. Flex ist great but I have to modify a quite a lot in BoredEasily, that's why I thought about Low Impact (or maybe FB Mass?). I think FB Reach alone might not be challenging enough for me but I guess it might be good for back pain and some extra stretching additionally to another program could be beneficial at this stage.
