You guys have been requesting a new FB Mass for a long time now. We've been quietly working away behind the scenes and we're happy to announce that this Sunday, March 4th, we're launching a new 4 week program called FB Strong (similar to FB Mass). It's predominately strength training, and it's going to be a great deal of fun to push through. I liked the title FB Strong better than FB Mass; I think it's much more positive and oriented on the way working out makes you feel. The workouts average out to under 40 minutes a day, which makes it ideal for those of us who love training but also lead busy lives. More info coming soon.
