I'm not new, but making recommendations to someone who is

I've been using FB for almost 2 years now and love it. Since COVID began and I've been working from home, I've been able to really build a habit and see some results in my muscle tone.

I want to recommend FB to my mother who has always struggled to be physically active. For someone who is very overweight, do you have any video recommendations? Very beginner, maybe standing only, no equipment required.
