Hi guys, I've realized that the core workouts are very heavily focused on abs. Anyone else notice this?
I recently had back trouble and it was because my back wasn't strong enough... I was surprised to find that out because I exercise regularly. However I noticed that core workouts mostly focus on ab exercises on FB, so it made sense.
I hope FB introduces more back related exercises, I could only find 1 or 2 videos dedicated to back exercises (other than stretching)
