Today was day #4 of my own 5-day challenge (a break between Sweat and Abs 2).
1. Total Body.
3. Upper Body.
4. Lower Body/Core.
I chose some of my favorites from Sweat, as well as a few new videos.
I was planning on doing an entire core routine for day #2, but, for some reason, had horrible bouts of vertigo. So, stretching it was!
Today, for lower body, I chose these routines.
What a fantastic set!
Plus, I found two more videos to add to my favorites (the main workout and the burnout). 😁
