Mass or strong?

Saturday will be the last day of my FB Fit 2!! I'm excited to take my fitness test!!

And with that, my plan was to start FB Abs 2 on monday, buuuut... it's summer here in Portugal and even though I love HIIT, I feel I need august to be more focused on strenght training cause it's easier to train.

However, I'm not sure what I should buy: mass or strong?

I like to workout 45 min - 1 h a day and I'm at a good fisical level so I can do level 4 or 5 workouts.

My goal is to burn fat and I need to gain muscle.

For those who already did mass and/or strong what do you recomend? TIA 😊
