New Community Challenge - Wake Up Your Inner Be(a)st - Daniel's Style

What's up, Blendfriends? 😉

As we're wrapping up "Feel That Pulse Challenge", we're becoming ready for another one. 😏 Since we were working out with Kelli only for two weeks, it's time to make the same commitment with Daniel.

And so, in order to give him the proper thank you, we will do this his style - Beast mode!😈

Challenge will be a mix of every training style, with plenty of cardio/HIIT and strength in disguise. The lineup is still in process of making, but we're gonna do it in a pyramid style according to levels. Week 1 will start with workout Level 3, Tue Lev4, Wed Lev5, Thu Lev4, Fri Lev3, Sat Lev2. And starting Week 2 we'll take it up a notch with Lev5 on Mon, Tue Lev4, Wed Lev3, Thu Lev4, and finish strong with Level 5. I hope it's understandable.😅
