So, it took me just a bit longer for the main 'cause the image showing the next exercise was coming late, so I had to pause the entire video to adjust weights. Yes, I did this to myself, putting BE in the schedule. But it worked. Funny fact, the workout seemed surprisingly easy and effortless - before and after I actually do it. However, during the workout, I'm huffing and puffing and my muscles are on πŸ”₯. Also, as per usual, soreness the next day lets me know just how "easy" it was! πŸ˜…

As for the EC, it was a major burnout sneakiness. πŸ₯΅πŸ˜³

Today was supposed to be my hair wash day, but I'll maybe...probably...for sure procrastinate that activity. πŸ˜πŸ˜‚
