Combine FB Flex with FB Abs 2: Start the same day or stagger?

Hi all,

I'm planning to do FB Flex and FB Abs at the same time.

FB Flex has 3 weekly upper body workouts.

FB Abs 2 has 3 weekly core workouts.

Any recommendation on doing the core and upper body workouts on the same days (Mon-Wed-Fri)?

Or better stagger: Core Mon-Wed-Fri & Upper body Tue-Thu-Sat?
