Two Workout Programs

Hello Fitness Blender Community! I am currently doing two workout programs. 1) FB Low Impact - Fat Loss Program - 40 Minutes or Less, and, 2) FB Flex - Upper Body Program for Arms, Shoulder, Chest, & Upper Back. Have you done two workout programs at the same time? How was it? I am trying to see if I need to adjust my calendar for both programs. Thank you and stay safe always!
