What now....confused!

Hiya,

At the start of lockdown I started these workouts, did 'Strong' and then did 'Fit 2' followed by 'Strong' again. I was going to do Fit 2 again but am really enjoying the more focus on the weights...or maybe I've forgotten the amount of weights in Fit2.

Was 'Strong' the most weight centric programme of the FB plans.

I have had such great results, really happy and keen to keep going!
