I'm curious, does anyone know, when going into choose a free workout video, and clicking on the filters that I want, i.e. total body strength training, etc., the videos that come up, is this in date order of newest released then scrolling down, would those videos then be older? Is there somewhere that I can view when videos were released (date/year) ? Thanks!
