I've been doing the Low Impact program for the past 3 months and am ready to try something new, but I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing some exercises. I can do a static plank, but not anything with a twist that loads on my supporting arm, like a side star. I also have trouble with tricep dips and extensions. Was thinking about trying the abs program, but do you think there will be too many modifications needed? Any suggestions on a different program that might be better?
