Hello hello FB family!

Today's quote for the day is: ‘the practice of mindfulness is simply being aware of what’s happening right now’.

Today I have this stretching routine in store: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/3-day-flexibility-challenge-day-3-static-stretches-for-flexibility-and-range-of-motion . I tend to do the same stretching routine for a whole week and then do a different one the next week because I don’t feel like there are a lot of stretching routines on the FB site which is sad.

Has anyone got anything nice planned for today? Maybe a nice meal, chill time in the afternoon or a great workout.

This morning I am chilling with some peppermint tea ready to start the day! Later on I will also be seeing an old friend to have a catch up with them.
