Well, who are we to blame for this 🔥 burning aftertaste?! Kelli? 😏 Or me? 😅 No need for fingerpointing, though, when we can talk about today's schedule instead:

Now, I've been meaning to do 5x5x5 series for quite a while, and it's because of them I got the idea of structuring a pulsing challenge. My first thought - so much fun! 😁 And the second - so much burn! 🔥😅 Don't let the Level 3 fool you! Not only do I feel it, but I also broke a sweat. 😉 Maybe that happened due to the use of resistance bands for most of the exercises. Hubby got me new ones, so I decided to test them.

I did EC too, and thoroughly enjoyed longer stretches. 😊
