Rowing and FB programs... any thoughts?

HI All

I'm looking to shake things up a bit. I have a rowing machine and would like to add 10 mins of rowing per day to my routine. I do FB programs to take the guess work out of setting up a workout plan. I love them for there structure but as I consider including rowing, I keep hearing Kelli in the back of my head tell me to not work the same muscle groups on consecutive days because it hinders recovery...With rowing being a total body exercise, any thoughts on how I could incorporate it without causing actual injury from muscles groups not healing properly?
