Well ...

Today is day #10 of Sweat, and I am loving it 😁

I am in the process of scheduling out the month of August, and am wondering what program you recommend, and why.

I have already completed Reach and Low Impact Round 1, but can always repeat them.

I do have FB Plus, so have access to those challenges as well.

I do enjoy a great sweat ... and to push it to the max!

Bored Easily

Fit Round 1

Fit Round 2

FB 30
